职位要求：
Responsibilities:
1.Products inspection
2.Issue analyzes
3.Quality reporting and improvement
4.Support RMA (Return Material Authorization)
5.Material inspection and FAI (First Article Inspection)
6.Manage the whole process of product quality
7.Responsible for quality problem collection, analysis, tracking and the related solution’s implementation
8.Organize internal quality meeting to make quality improvements
9.Improve and innovate the quality management methods to be more adaptable for internal use

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree; has 3 to 5 years’ quality management experiences in related industry, know the application of Laser Diode
2.Able to read and write in English
3.Familiar with Process Verification, Risk Evaluation
4.Be proficient in the application of quality tools
5.Excellent communication and coordination skill
